Newly-Renovated Rooms at the Wyndham Nassau Resort, Completion of the All-New Sheraton Cable Beach Resort, and New Dining Experiences Among the Many Enhancements for Guests to Enjoy
Nassau, The Bahamas - January 22, 2008 - Cable Beach Resorts & Crystal Palace Casino is pleased to announce the completion of $145 million in property-wide capital improvements. Since its 2005 acquisition of the properties which today comprise Cable Beach Resorts & Crystal Palace Casino, Baha Mar Resorts Ltd. has invested in an aggressive and comprehensive renovation program. Today, the resort's two sister properties - the Wyndham Nassau Resort and the Sheraton Cable Beach Resort, together with the Crystal Palace Casino, offer newly renovated and upgraded accommodations, all-new dining options, a redesign of the resort's exterior and interior spaces, a variety of new guest amenities and services, and a new entertainment program.

Last month, the Wyndham Nassau Resort completed a series of refurbishments inside and out, including a top-to-bottom renovation of 304 rooms in its Hibiscus and Marlin Towers - each outfitted with new flat screen televisions and new in-room refrigerators; a refreshed and more stylish exterior; and a re-vamping of its family-friendly pool with giant waterslide. The Wyndham's 30,000 square feet of meeting space has also been upgraded with new furniture, carpet and air conditioning. The newly-modernized Crystal Palace Casino also introduced the VIP Crystal Beach Club - located by the Wyndham's pool area - for its Platinum and Diamond Passport Rewards Club members, which features an exclusive beachside experience offering massages, cabana rentals, food and beverage service, and beach games. A brand new high-limit slot and table area is another great offering recently introduced at the Crystal Palace Casino for those gamers who really like to try their luck.
Among the Wyndham's delectable dining and nightlife options are the new Asian-cuisine dining venue, Moso; the classic steakhouse, Black Angus Grille; and the renovated, party lounge overlooking the casino floor, 22 above. The newest addition to the dining selections at the Wyndham Nassau Resort is the new buffet restaurant, SeaSide, featuring a tropical and relaxing interior design with views of the pool and beach, as well as an enhanced and diverse menu of classic American and Caribbean specialty dishes. Furthermore, to add to the casino experience, while also making it easier for casino guests to enjoy their beverage of choice, Nassau's first-ever Starbuck's, and the new Junkanoo Bar were constructed right on the casino floor.
This month, the all-new Sheraton Cable Beach Resort, which opened in June of this year, will also be complete with its full-range of accommodations, dining options and amenities. Situated along a 1,000-foot stretch of Nassau's spectacular Cable Beach, the Sheraton Cable Beach Resort features 694 guestrooms and suites offering a large private balcony or a patio with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, lush gardens or the resorts' spectacular waterscape.
