Plantation, Fla. - May 14, 2007 - Cable Beach Resorts & Crystal Palace Casino is making it easier and quicker for vacationers to obtain a new U.S. passport when they plan a stay at the resort this summer. Cable Beach Resorts, in conjunction with the Nassau/Paradise Island Promotion Board,* will reimburse visitors the expediting fee and application cost when obtaining a new U.S. Passport, which is now required for travel to the Caribbean. The expedited processing service would allow vacationers to have their new passports in hand within approximately two weeks - ideal for last-minute vacation planners.

The offer is valid for new U.S. passports issued now through June 15, 2007. Travelers who book their vacation at a Cable Beach Resorts between June 1 and September 30, 2007 will be reimbursed $97 per adult passport, $82 per child passport, plus the additional $60 per passport for the expediting fee.*

Earlier this year, a new passport regulation went into effect that requires a valid U.S. passport for travel to the Caribbean.

Set on Nassau’s most famous and beautiful beach, Cable Beach Resorts is one of the most easy-to-get-to and affordable destinations in the Caribbean. This summer promises a jam-packed calendar of events that includes a two-night performance featuring comedian Howie Mandel (June 23 and 24), and weekly slots, blackjack and poker tournaments at its recently renovated Crystal Palace Casino.

Cable Beach Resorts operates the Wyndham Nassau Resort and Radisson Cable Beach Resorts (to become the Sheraton at Cable Beach Resorts in 2007) where guests can enjoy activities and amenity entitlements at either property no matter where they stay. Together, the resorts offer 1,241 guest rooms and suites, most with incredible ocean views; 15 restaurants and lounges; a complete tennis facility; an 18-hole golf course; over a half mile of Nassau’s best beach; and a variety of water sport activities.
